-in Singapore there is no snow and the year is hot all around. So, to the comfort we should have fans.
-places to throw away the rubbish. (emotional, physical?)
-time of when the bus will come and the number of people on board/if there is space for people to board. So at least people will have a brief timing of when it is coming. (emotional)
-public phones at the bus stop (emotional?)

Are there any products and services that occur in more than one situation? why is this?
-rubbish bins located at every bus stop. To have a clean and green community in Singapore.
-spaces to stand or sit at the bus stop. Some people have to rest to wait for a long time for the bus just in case some old people or physically disabled people need to have spaces/places to sit down to rest their legs especially. they also need support if they are standing to ease their discomfort.
